International House Monterrey is an affiliate member of the International House World Organization. They are the only Teacher Training and international certification centre in the state of Nuevo Leon, Mexico. This makes them a must-see for educational institutions, English teachers, students, government institutions and all those people for whom the English language is part of their lives.

The problem

International House’s operations had been run on the same software for nearly 20 years. Naturally, this system ended up being insufficient to meet the needs of the business, not to mention that the user experience fell far behind today’s standards.

Project goal

The goal of the project is to have a digital tool that meets current standards and is capable of doing everything the operation may need, correcting and improving all the areas of opportunity that the old system has.

Impact in the operation

Today, International House Monterrey has an independent and self-sufficient tool that is capable of managing the entire educational operation of the institution. This has allowed it to carry out each and every one of the activities necessary for the registration, administration and monitoring of the courses that are taught.
